The General Data section is where you manage key information about your store on the Shopable platform. The data entered here is used in customer communications (e.g., in email footers), on sales documents, and in visible elements of your store's website.
Keeping this information up to date builds customer trust and ensures the formal compliance of your business operations.
How to Change Store Details
To edit this information, go to the Settings section and select the General Data tab. You will find a form divided into thematic sections.
Basic Information
This data identifies your store within the system and in the customer's browser.
Store Name β The name visible to customers, for example, in the website header or email subject lines.
URL Address β The main web address of your store.
Contact Details
Information that allows customers to contact you. These details may be displayed in the "Contact" section of your website and in the footers of automated transactional emails.
Email Address β The main address for correspondence with customers. Replies to notifications sent from the store will be directed here.
Phone Number β The hotline or customer service department number.
Tip: If you use a different email address to log in to the admin panel and another for customer service, ensure that the "Email Address" field contains the latter (public) one.
Company Address Details
Full registration details of your company. These are essential for correctly generating terms of service, privacy policies, and sales documents if you use Shopable's built-in generators.
Enter the full company name, Tax ID (NIP), street, postal code, city, and country of operation here.
Saving Changes
After completing or editing all necessary fields, remember to confirm the entered information by clicking the Save button located at the bottom or top of the page. Changes are visible in the store immediately after saving.
