How to use the dashboard and store statistics

Learn how to read key data about your store in the Dashboard section and how to use it to monitor your sales performance.

Updated over a week ago

The Dashboard is the first thing you see after logging into the Shopable panel. It's where you get a quick overview of your store's most important statistics—from the number of unique visits to the breakdown of order statuses.

Accessing the dashboard

After logging into Shopable, you automatically land on the main panel page, which is the Dashboard. You can also return to this section at any time by clicking "Dashboard" in the menu on the left side.

Available statistics

The Dashboard displays two main data widgets:

Number of unique store visitors in the last 30 days
The line chart shows how many people visited your store each day over the past month. This helps you see whether traffic to your store is growing, declining, or staying steady. Each point on the chart corresponds to a specific day.

Breakdown of orders from the last 7 days
The pie chart shows the statuses of orders placed in the last week. You can see how many orders are:

  • awaiting payment,

  • in progress,

  • shipped,

  • completed,

  • canceled,

  • refund requested,

  • returned.

This gives you an immediate sense of which stage most orders are in and whether anything requires your attention.
