How to change your payment card details

Learn how to update your payment card information used for your Shopable subscription.

If your card has expired or you want to use a different one, you can easily update your payment details without interrupting your subscription. The process only takes a few moments and takes effect immediately.

How to change your card details step by step

  1. Open subscription settings
    Click the profile icon in the lower-left corner of the screen and select Manage subscription.

  2. Go to the subscription management panel
    You’ll be redirected to the panel where you can view your current plans and payment methods.

  3. Find your current card details
    Under your subscription information, you’ll see details of the card currently used for payments.

  4. Edit your card information
    Click the pencil (edit) icon to start updating your payment details.

  5. Add a new payment method
    Select Add payment method, enter your new card details, and click Update.

Your subscription will now be charged to the new card automatically.

Common issues

I don’t see the “Manage subscription” option.
Make sure you’re using an account with an active subscription — the option is only available for those users.

I can’t save the new card.
Check that the card details are correct and that the card is active (not expired, valid for online payments, etc.).
