Shopable operates on a subscription model, which means you pay a regular fee for access to the platform and running your store. You choose a plan that fits your needs, connect your payment card, and from that moment on, we automatically charge you each month for the next billing period.
In this article, we'll explain exactly how the subscription works — how payments are processed, what happens after cancellation, and when you lose access to the platform.
How to purchase a subscription
You purchase your subscription directly on the shopable.studio website. You choose the plan that best suits your needs, then connect your payment card. From the moment your subscription is activated, you gain full access to Shopable and can start setting up your store.
After the first payment, your subscription renews automatically every month. You don't need to remember to manually pay for subsequent periods — the system automatically charges your card on the renewal date.
How recurring payments work
Every month, on the anniversary of your subscription start date, we charge your payment card the amount corresponding to your chosen plan. Thanks to automatic renewal, your store and platform access remain active without interruption.
If a payment fails for any reason — for example, due to insufficient funds on your card or an expired card — you'll receive a notification asking you to update your payment details. In such situations, your access may be restricted until the payment is settled.
How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, it's important to remember that cancellation doesn't take effect immediately — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
This means that after canceling, you still have full access to Shopable and your store continues to operate without interruption until the end of your already-paid period. After that date, we don't charge another payment, and your access to the platform and your store are automatically deactivated.
If you decide to return, you can repurchase a subscription at any time.
What happens after your subscription ends
When your subscription expires, you lose access to the Shopable dashboard, and your store becomes invisible to customers. We no longer charge any subsequent payments, and your data remains stored in the system for a specified period.
