How to restore your store after canceling your subscription and resume it

If you previously used Shopable but canceled your subscription, you can restore your store without losing your data. You can do it yourself in just a few steps within 2 months of cancellation.

How to restore your store and resume your subscription

  1. Log in to your account
    Go to app.shopable.studio and sign in using the same credentials you used before canceling your subscription.

  2. Purchase your subscription again
    After logging in, choose the subscription plan you want to activate and complete the payment process.

  3. Contact customer support
    Once your subscription is active, let us know that you’d like to restore your store.
    To do this, click your profile icon in the bottom-right corner and select Contact us. Our team will handle the restoration of your store and data.

Common issues

I can’t log in to my previous account.
Make sure you’re using the same email address linked to your previous subscription. If the issue persists, reach out to support via the help form.

It’s been more than 2 months since cancellation.
After this period, store data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You can, however, create a new store and start fresh.
