If you're planning to stop using Shopable, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The process is simple and takes just a moment. Keep in mind, however, that cancellation doesn't take effect immediately — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
How to cancel your subscription
Click on your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the sidebar and select Manage subscription. You'll be redirected to a panel where you can manage your subscription. If you want to cancel it, select the Cancel subscription option.
After canceling your subscription, you still have full access to Shopable, and your store continues to work without interruption until the end of your paid period. This means you can continue using the platform normally for the entire time you've already paid for. After that date, we won't charge you again, and your access to the platform and store will be automatically disabled.
What happens after your subscription ends
When your subscription expires, you lose access to the Shopable panel, and your store becomes invisible to customers. We no longer charge any further payments, and your data remains saved in the system for a period of two months.
After two months, all your store data will be permanently deleted. This means that after this period, you won't be able to restore your store with your previous data. You'll still be able to purchase a new subscription, but without the ability to recover your data.
