How to connect TikTok Pixel to your Shopable store

Learn how to add TikTok Pixel to your Shopable store step by step to track conversions from TikTok ad campaigns and optimize your ads.

Updated over a week ago

TikTok Pixel lets you measure user actions in your store after they click a TikTok ad – from page views to purchases. In Shopable, you can connect it quickly using the built-in plugin in the Analytics section, without editing any code.

Prerequisites

To configure TikTok Pixel, you need:

  • an ad account in TikTok Ads Manager,

  • a Pixel created in the TikTok Events panel,

  • access to the Pixel ID (a numeric string, e.g. starting with "T").

If you don't have a Pixel yet, create it in TikTok Ads Manager first, then return to this article.

Step 1: Open the Analytics section in Shopable

  1. Log in to your Shopable admin panel.

  2. In the side menu, go to "Settings", then open the "Analytics" tab.

  3. In the list of available plugins, find "TikTok Pixel" and turn the toggle on.

After enabling it, you will see a field where you need to paste the Pixel ID.

Step 2: Find your TikTok Pixel ID in the TikTok panel

The Pixel ID is a unique number that identifies your Pixel in the TikTok system.

How to find it:

  1. Log in to TikTok Ads Manager and go to "Events".

  2. Select your Pixel from the list of data sources.

  3. In the Pixel details, you'll find its ID – usually displayed under the name or in the code settings section.

  4. Copy the Pixel ID to your clipboard.

This is the number you'll paste into Shopable settings.

Step 3: Paste the Pixel ID in Shopable

  1. Go back to the Shopable admin panel, to "Settings → Analytics → TikTok Pixel".

  2. Paste the copied ID into the "TikTok Pixel ID" field.

  3. Click "Save" to activate the integration.

From now on, events from your store (views, add-to-cart, purchases) will be sent to TikTok and visible in the events panel.

Common issues

TikTok Pixel is not registering events
Check that you pasted the correct Pixel ID and that the plugin is enabled. Visit your store in another browser tab and verify events in TikTok Events using the testing tool.

I have multiple Pixels and don't know which one to choose
Use the Pixel linked to the ad account running campaigns for this store, so data goes to the right reports and optimizations.
