Updated over a week ago

In the Orders tab, you'll find all orders placed in your store. You can track their statuses, view details, and make changes directly from the list. Order statuses also affect your store statistics – giving you full insight into sales performance and fulfillment.

Viewing the order list

After navigating to the Orders tab in the side menu, you'll see a table with all orders. Each order contains basic information: status, date placed, buyer details, email, amount, and whether the order is a test order.

The table allows you to quickly understand the current state of orders and their fulfillment.

Changing order status

Order statuses reflect the fulfillment stage and help organize your work. You can change them directly from the order list.

To change a status, click on the current status for the selected order. A dropdown list with available options will appear. Select the appropriate status – the change will be saved automatically.

Available statuses include:

  • Returned

  • Refund requested

  • Fulfilled

  • Shipped

  • In fulfillment

  • Cancelled

  • Awaiting payment

Order statuses are included in store statistics, allowing you to monitor sales performance in real time.

Viewing order details

If you need more information about a specific order, you can access the detailed view.

Click the three-dot icon next to the selected order and choose Order details. You'll see a full view containing:

  • Order information – order identifier, date placed, current status, payment method, payment date, and payment status.

  • Delivery information – delivery method, tracking number, shipment tracking link, and full delivery address with recipient's name, email, phone, and address.

  • Billing address – name, email, phone, and invoice address.

  • Products – list of ordered products with unit and final price, as well as a summary containing product costs, delivery costs, and amount due.

  • Order message – if the customer added a note, you'll see it in this section.

This view provides a complete picture of the order and facilitates fulfillment, customer contact, and data verification.

Editing an order

You can make changes to an order even after it's been placed – for example, update the address, change the status, or add shipping data.

To edit an order, click the three-dot icon next to the selected order and choose Edit order. A form will appear where you can:

  • Update the billing address – change the name, phone, email, or invoice address.

  • Change the order status – select the appropriate status from the dropdown list.

  • Add shipping data – enter the tracking number and shipment tracking link, making it easier for the customer to monitor delivery.

  • Change the shipping address – correct recipient details if necessary.

After making changes, click Save changes to update the order. You can also select Cancel if you want to exit without saving.

Order editing is particularly useful when a customer requests data correction or when you need to manually update logistics information.
